Lead Consultant Java Full Stack

In this role, you will be responsible for Developing Microsoft Access Databases, including tables, queries, forms and reports, using standard IT processes, with data normalization and referential integrity.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices development
• Extensive Experience working with JAVA Rest API.
• Extensive experience in Java 8-17 SE
• Experience with unit testing frameworks Junit or Mockito
• Experience with Maven/Gradle
• Experience in Angular 16+ & Rxjs. NgRx is mandatory along with experience with unit testing using Jest/Jasmine
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Experience in API designing, troubleshooting, and tuning for performance
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Experience in designing, troubleshooting, API Java services and microservices
• Experience in any CI/CD tool.
• Experience in Apache Kafka will be added advantage.

PBM oversees and manages the prescription drug benefits offered by health plans, employers, or other organizations. They are responsible for various aspects of the pharmacy benefit, including developing formularies, negotiating drug prices with manufacturers, managing pharmacy networks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Benefits Manager:

• Formulary Management: Developing and maintaining a list of preferred medications (formulary) that are covered by the plan, often including tiered co-payments.
• Drug Pricing and Rebates: Negotiating with pharmaceutical manufacturers to secure rebates and discounts on medications, which can help lower costs for the plan and its members.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Establishing and managing a network of pharmacies that members can use to fill their prescriptions, ensuring access and cost-effectiveness.
• Claim Processing and Adjudication: Overseeing the process of processing and paying pharmacy claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Cost Management: Implementing strategies to control prescription drug costs, such as promoting generic drug use, managing utilization, and negotiating lower prices.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the pharmacy benefit program complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to drug pricing and transparency.
• Clinical Management: May include medication therapy management (MTM) programs to optimize medication use, improve adherence, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing prescription drug data to identify trends, potential cost savings opportunities, and areas for improvement in the benefit program.
