  • Production Monitoring & Compliance: Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Line Clearance: Verifying the cleanliness and readiness of equipment and areas before starting a new batch or process.
  • Documentation & Records: Preparing, reviewing, and managing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) for accuracy.
  • In-Process Checks & Sampling: Performing real-time inspections, sampling raw materials, and testing products during various stages.
  • Deviation Management: Identifying, documenting, and investigating deviations, non-conformities, and Out of Specification (OOS) results.
  • Quality Audits: Participating in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and validation/calibration activities.
  • Control Sample Management: Collecting, labeling, and storing control samples.

IPQA Executives often have the authority to stop production if critical quality issues are identified.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23, ₹28,000.00 per month
