Job Purpose

• Responsible for PAN India IRU Fiber rollout and Operation functions.
• Deliver project and operations KPIs as per Organisation requirement
• Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model. 
• Governance IRU partners to deliver VIL objectives.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Deliver PAN India IRU fiber KM rollout as per bilateral plan.
• Develop new IRU partners by engaging at Industry bodies. Ensure bilateral contractual obligation.
• Responsible for IRU revenue and new business opportunities.
• Developing, onboarding and Operationalization of IRU partners to deliver additional fiber requirements of VIL.
• Rollout of IRU fiber as per AOP target. Enable new POP and NW rollout by providing new fiber pairs as per requirement.
• Deliver IRU fiber performance KPIs as per SLA.
• Work closely with cluster & regional fiber organization structure to deliver IRU KPIs.
• Periodic governance of IRU partners to deliver new pair readiness & operational KPIs.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 15-20 years of Telecom experience and Proficiency in understanding overall transport NW architecture and key cost drivers.
• Ability to manage in dynamic, high growth and highly uncertainty environments.  Strategic mind bend and understanding of  overall mobility and enterprise Network  
• Sound understanding of Capex & Opex and budgetary skills to derive best out of NW at lowest possible cost.
• Excellent communication skills, team building and inter-personal relationship skill to excel cross functional projects and ensure best customer experience. Should employ a specific time management strategy to ensure closure of fiber projects on fixed time periods.
• Commercial and legal understanding for closure of contract and agreements with IRU partners to get better KPIs and cost factor advantage.
• Strong Stakeholder management, Negotiation skills and Strategic mind set to make win-win alliance with TSP partners and IRU partners.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Should  have  B.tech/B.E
• 15-20years of Telecom experience
