Job Description:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handling day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
  • Statutory Compliance: Preparation and filing of GST, TDS, monthly income tax returns, and ROC-related compliances.
  • Taxation: Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations.
  • MIS & Reporting: Preparation of monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance reports for management.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Tally ERP (accounting & inventory management) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Financial Statements: Assisting in preparation of balance sheet, P&L account, and cash flow statements.
  • Audit Support: Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internship or full-time).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
