Engineer - ISP

To implement, operate and maintain the Transport Network i.e. Transmission Network / MPLS network / SDH and Switch Network of O&M Region and to provide defect free and timely delivery of services to our customers.

JResponsibility

• Ensure Network UP time %)
• Enabling customer delight, by providing Quality services
• Reducing repair and maintenance cost through reduction of network Hardware failure
• Reduction of SDH fault, Degradation TTs., NS TT
• Spare Management, R&R for spares within TAT
• Timely implementation of Work Orders/ RA
• Analysis of CMO and avoid CMO due to repeated fault and corrective actions.
• Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• MPLS PMT in self presence
• Monthly site audits by self and also internal process audits by Internal /External Auditors.
• Maintaining and sustaining TL9000 QMS
• Analyze Fiber Index report and share actions with NMTs
• (OFC/Equipments/infrastructure)Coordination with planning/ Materials/ NSG/ Vendors for new ring / Work orders/ RA implementation or ring upgradation as per scheduled
