Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual design, brand communication, and digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create high-quality visuals for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and print.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to design engaging creatives.
  • Edit videos, animations, and motion graphics (preferred but not mandatory).

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Optimize content for SEO and assist in website updates and landing page design.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website CMS (e.g., WordPress or Shopify).
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
