The Final Inspector is responsible for ensuring that every serviced or repaired two-wheeler meets quality, safety, and performance standards before delivery to the customer. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and adherence to workshop quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspection of all two-wheelers after service or repair.
  • Verify that all job card complaints are fully rectified.
  • Check engine performance, electrical functions, brakes, clutch, suspension, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Ensure all parts replaced and services performed match the job card.
  • Conduct test rides when required to confirm service quality.
  • Identify any incomplete or improper work and coordinate with technicians for corrections.
  • Inspect vehicle cleanliness (washing and polishing) before delivery.
  • Maintain inspection checklist and record observations.
  • Ensure all safety standards and quality parameters are met.
  • Report repeated issues or technician errors to the supervisor.
  • Support the service advisor during vehicle delivery process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler service (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
  • Good observation and quality-checking skills.
