Job Description

1st week of December

Salary:
₹20,000/month

As a content developer of a pre-seed D2C Brand, you will have
full ownership of every video & graphic content
for our brand from ideation, strategizing, and execution. This comprises our
Instagram handle, YouTube channel, ad video creative,
and other miscellaneous areas.

Since we are in our nascent stage, an enormous magnitude of
ownership and accountability
is expected

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow our Instagram and YouTube channels to a strong and engaged following.
  • Ideate, strategize, and produce innovative, catchy, and value-driven content.
  • Create high-quality reels/videos and expertly edit using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
  • Create top notch carousels/creatives for social media & brand website using tools like Adobe Photoshop , Canva etc
  • Leverage AI in your entire content creation process (ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs etc)
  • Build and maintain an actively engaged community by regularly interacting with followers.
  • Stay updated with trending formats, meme culture, and competitors' content, strategically incorporating trends into our content.
  • Collaborate closely with Co-Founders and content teams for seamless execution of content plans.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least
    1 year of demonstrated experience
    in video content creation (freelance/internships/full-time roles considered).
  • Mandatory expertise in video editing
    software like
    Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut,
    or similar tools.
  • Mandatory expertise in designing
    software like
    Adobe Photoshop, Canva
    , or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (
    ChatGPT,Gemini
    ) to create engaging text and image prompts.
  • Strong familiarity with short-form content (
    reels, shorts
    ) and social media platforms.
  • Genuine interest and understanding of
    skincare, self-improvement
    , and
    personality development
    .
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, GMeet) preferred.
