Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist located in Noida. The role involves conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing public relations campaigns, and building strong relationships with media and clients. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals and ensure outstanding customer service through effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, media, and team members.
  • Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop and implement impactful campaigns.
  • Background in Sales and delivering strategies that contribute to business growth.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to effectively address queries and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing or public relations is preferred but not mandatory.
