Dans le cadre de notre dveloppement nous recrutons :

un Ingnieur Service Client H/F bas dans le secteur Est (Strasbourg / Nancy)

Lingnieur(e) service client est responsable de la maintenance des quipements mdicaux proposs par Boston Scientific. Rattach(e) lquipe Europenne, vous apporterez votre support sur les produits Capitals Equipment .

Missions principales :
  • Effectuer les installations, le dpannage, la maintenance prventive et corrective, les rparations et les mises jour
  • Fournir un support technique de haut niveau aux clients externes sur site
  • Fournir une formation sur place aux clients
  • Dvelopper une documentation technique, si besoin
  • Traiter en temps voulu les appels sur le terrain et les problmes dcoulant des visites
  • Communiquer avec le client pour assurer leur satisfaction et mettre en uvre les mesures correctives ncessaires
  • tre linterlocuteur privilgi entre les quipes R&D, multifonctionnelles, Marketing et Production pour soutenir le dveloppement de nouveaux produits
Profil :
  • Issu(e) dune formation technique ou scientifique
  • Minimum 5 annes dexprience dans une fonction similaire
  • Exprience obligatoire dans les dispositifs mdicaux
  • Anglais courant obligatoire
  • Autonomie
  • Capacit travailler en quipe
  • Excellentes capacits de communication
  • Orient(e) service avec une approche damlioration continue
