Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Engineer based in PAN INDIA Location majorly (New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore). The Clinical Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining medical equipment and ensuring operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs of computer-assisted surgical devices, along with providing technical support to clinical teams. Collaborative efforts with medical professionals and engineers to maximise system performance will also play a key role. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing patient care through advanced surgical technology.

Qualifications

  • B. TECH/B.E. (BIOMEDICAL / MEDICAL ELECTRONICS OR relevant).

Experience

  • 2-5 years

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the basics of electronics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with surgeons, OT staff, and fellow employees.
  • Able to work in an operating theatre environment with the OR staff.
  • He/she should be flexible to travel PAN India and abroad.

Tasks & Activities

  • Surgery support (Demo & post sales).
  • Installation of medical devices at the customer end.
  • Troubleshooting medical equipment.
  • Training of Medical Devices to Hospital staff and Surgeons.
  • Software troubleshooting during on-field assistance.
  • Maintaining relationships with renowned Neurosurgeons, KOLs, and other stakeholders.
  • AMC / CMC and service procedures.
  • Demo Inventory management and timely report to the head office.
