Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Azure cloud services including compute, networking, storage, identity, security, monitoring, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automated and scalable deployments.
  • Implement and operate Kubernetes clusters for orchestrating containerized applications.
  • Write and manage Dockerfiles to build and maintain container images.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support automated build, test, and release processes.
  • Utilize Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments through Helm charts.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline delivery in Agile environments.
  • Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, guiding technical implementation and task execution.
  • Own backlog management and prioritize DevOps initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Apply DevSecOps principles to integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle from the ground up.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Microsoft Azure (administration and services)
  • Kubernetes (deployment and management)
  • Terraform (IaC)
  • CI/CD pipeline development (preferably using Azure DevOps)
  • Cloud Infrastructure (design, automation, monitoring)
  • DevSecOps methodologies and tools

Nice-to-Have:

  • Agile delivery practices and experience working in Agile teams

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in Azure and/or Kubernetes are a plus
