About the Role

We are looking for the suitable candidate for the below-given position for one of our prestigious Manufacturer of High Speed Diesel Engine Client.

Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D for reciprocating and screw air compressors up to 50 H.P.
  • Oversee design, validation, and enhancement of compressor products
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, reliability, and ISO/IS standards
  • Direct prototype development and performance testing
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency, cost reduction, and system performance
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and R&D reports

Qualifications

  • B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in compressor R&D (both reciprocating and screw types)

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of compressor technology, thermal and fluid dynamics
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, testing procedures, and product lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

  • Experience Required: 10–20 Years

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: ₹18 – 28 LPA (As per experience and industry standards)
