Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant – Benefits
with expertise in benefits configuration, payroll integration, and end-to-end ownership of Oracle Benefits processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, experience handling payroll-related benefits issues, and the ability to work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support
    Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits
    modules.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot
    payroll issues
    related to benefits configurations.
  • Own and manage
    integrations
    between Benefits and Payroll systems.
  • Work with clients to
    gather requirements
    , perform fit-gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits-related integrations.
  • Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and conduct UAT sessions.
  • Provide
    end-to-end ownership
    of assigned activities and ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in
    Oracle Fusion HCM/Benefits
    .
  • Strong functional expertise in
    Oracle Cloud Benefits
    configuration.
  • Good understanding of
    integration points
    between Benefits and Payroll.
  • Proven experience in analysing payroll issues tied to benefits configuration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to
    take ownership
    of tasks and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    other Oracle HCM modules
    (Payroll, Compensation, Core HR).
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools
    (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Knowledge of
    global benefits compliance
    and country-specific policies.
  • Prior experience in
    client-facing consulting roles
    .
