We are hiring experienced customer support professionals for our Recoveries / DJ / iCollect (3P Collections) process.

The ideal candidate will have international BPO voice process experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer recovery and collection calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound collection/recovery calls with international customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for pending dues or payments.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update payment records.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure compliance with process guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.
  • Keep the camera ON during working hours as per company policy.

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice experience (mandatory)

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Immediate joiners only

Candidates from metro cities preferred

No major employment gaps

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 40,000 Gross / 36,920 In-Hand
