About the Role:

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented LLM Prompt Developer to work closely with the AI CRM development team. The role focuses on designing and optimizing language model prompts that power AI-driven features within the CRM platform such as intelligent reporting, automated responses, lead insights, and workflow summaries. This position requires a balance of technical understanding, logical reasoning, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into structured AI interactions.

Qualification:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in: ○ AI/ML product development or automation, or ○ Business Intelligence / Data Engineering / Technical Content design

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the product and development teams to design prompts that enhance CRM functionality.

● Build, test, and fine-tune prompts for automation, customer communication, and data summarization within the CRM.

● Develop prompt frameworks that improve accuracy, tone, and contextual understanding across various AI modules.

● Work with developers to integrate prompts into product workflows via APIs and AI pipelines.

● Analyze AI responses and performance data to continuously optimize prompt efficiency and reliability.

● Maintain documentation for prompt structures, model behaviors, and system interactions.

● Stay updated on LLM advancements and suggest new use cases to enhance CRM intelligence.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

● Experience in AI prompt testing or model fine-tuning.

● Prior exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or custom-built systems).

● Familiarity with tools like Postman, LangChain, or vector databases.

● Basic understanding of UI/UX for conversational AI or chat-driven products.

● Willingness to learn.
