Job Title: Sourcers and Junior Recruiters – Onsite (Kharadi, Pune, India)

Location: Kharadi, Pune, India (Onsite Only)

We are a leading staffing and recruitment company specializing in sourcing top talent for our USA-based clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented Sourcers and Junior Recruiters to join our Kharadi, Pune office. If you are passionate about recruitment, skilled in Boolean searches, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for USA-based clients using LinkedIn, premium resume portals, and other tools.
  • Create and execute advanced Boolean search strings to find top talent.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized emails, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize tools like ChatGPT or similar AI platforms to enhance candidate engagement and communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (JobDiva experience is a plus).
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
  • Work in alignment with EST shift hours to support USA-based clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques for LinkedIn and other resume databases.
  • Excellent written communication skills to draft personalized emails and SMS.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for candidate engagement is a huge plus.
  • Experience with JobDiva or other ATS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Kharadi, Pune office (this is not a remote position).
  • Willingness to work in EST shift hours to align with USA client requirements.
