Frontend Web Developer

We are seeking a talented and passionate frontend developer with a strong understanding of design principles to join our team and contribute to the development of our modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in developing modern web applications and designing systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include creating user-friendly and high-performance web applications, including management interfaces that display and control real-time machine data, and that meet the needs of our users. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with large datasets and complex data systems, and be passionate about delivering user experiences that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Development
   : Develop dynamic dashboards to visualize real-time data and provide an intuitive user experience.
2. User Interface Development:
   Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces by translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
3. Real-Time Data Integration
   : Consume WebSocket and RESTful APIs to ensure real-time UI updates with minimal latency.
4. State Management
   : Manage complex application state for a data-intensive platform, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
5. Component-Based Architecture
   : Build reusable and maintainable components following best practices.
6. Collaboration
   : Work closely with the product development team, UX/UI designers, and other frontend and backend developers to ensure the application's functionality, usability, and visual appeal.
7. Optimization
   : Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
8. Testing and Debugging
   : Employ a variety of testing and debugging methods to ensure the application functions as expected.
9. Documentation
   : Write and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation for the codebase, which can be used by other developers in the future.
10. DevOps Pipeline Management
    : Work with DevOps pipelines to deploy applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

1. Education
   : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in a relevant field.
2. Programming Languages & Frameworks
   : Strong proficiency in TypeScript, SolidJS, React, or other reactive JavaScript frameworks, as well as C#-based Blazor framework.
3. Data Visualization
   :
   Experience with modern charting libraries such as , , or similar tools.
4. Real-Time Data Streaming
   :
   Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time data streaming and API integration.
5. Styling
   : Proficient in modern CSS and responsive design principles, with experience using frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
6. UI/UX
   : Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality user interfaces.
7. Design Principles
   : Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and visual design.
8. DevOps and Automation
   : Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and test automation, with a focus on streamlining development and deployment processes.
9. Soft Skills
   : Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
10. Language Skills
    : Very good English skills, with German language skills being a plus.
11. Teamwork
    : Ability to work collaboratively as a good team player, with a focus on achieving common goals and objectives.
