to join our team

We need a versatile designer who can seamlessly blend technical skill with creative flair to help us visually communicate the quality and innovation of our products, both on the shelf and online.

What You'll Do:

  • Label Design:
    Conceptualize, design, and finalize compelling and compliant product labels for our food items. This includes ensuring designs are print-ready and meet brand guidelines.
  • Digital Media Content:
    Create engaging, high-quality visual content for all our digital platforms, including social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website graphics, email newsletters, and online advertisements. This could include static images, simple animations, or short videos.
  • Maintain and evolve the
    Ficus Food Lab brand identity
    across all visual touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to translate concepts into impactful designs.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of professional experience
    in graphic design, specifically with experience in
    packaging/label design
    and
    digital content creation
    .
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both print and digital design. Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of
    design principles, typography, color theory,
    and print production processes.
  • The ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
