Social Media Manager

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the firm's brand, goals, and target audience (startups, businesses, professionals).
- Manage presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging content on taxation, auditing, compliance, finance, regulatory updates, and firm activities.
- Design graphics, short videos, and infographics to simplify financial concepts.
- Monitor channels, engage with followers, and manage the firm's online reputation.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with content team and CA professionals for blogs, case studies, and announcements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and digital marketing best practices.
Preferred
- Good understanding of financial and tax services.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design skills (can use Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Experience in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
