Job Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Conduct bid management and allocate budgets effectively to meet campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine digital advertising strategies.
• Schedule and manage ads using calendar and automation tools.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with SEM trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking/reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills for data interpretation.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
