Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Stress analysis of Aero Static under minimal guidance using Ansys APDL.
  • Should have a basic knowledge in FEA Theory, Solid mechanics, Machine design and Fatigue.
  • 2D & 3D Finite Element modelling of simple, moderate and complex components
  • Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity)
  • HCF/LCF ,fracture mechanics, Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis
  • Strength, stability and Durability of components
  • Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life
  • Should able to build/update FE Models in Hyper-Mesh.
  • Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical design & analysis of aircraft engine models
  • Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering with excellent academic background
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
  • Proficiency in application of ANSYS ,HYPERMESH, Unigraphics, software and Siesta is added advantage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and commitments
