Job Description: Head of Sales – Real Estate (High-Rise, Plotted, Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for residential towers, plotted layouts, and commercial assets.
  • Lead a team of sales managers/executives across multiple projects and geographies.
  • Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, channel partners, IPCs, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle — from lead generation to booking and handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead campaigns, branding, and digital outreach.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams for bookings, documentation, and collections.
  • Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and management updates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 10+ years of real estate sales experience.
  • Strong exposure to high-rise, plotted, and commercial real estate sales.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on aggressive revenue targets.
  • Deep market knowledge, with a strong broker/channel partner network.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Experience working with CRMs, sales automation tools, and MIS reporting.
  • High integrity, result-oriented, and a team player
