We are hiring a Warranty Coordinator to manage warranty claims, failed parts inspections, and documentation as per OEM guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and track warranty/AMC/EW claims on time.
- Inspect failed parts, identify issues, and get approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with OEM, accounts, and service teams for claim settlements.
- Support service team and handle customer warranty queries.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in warranty handling.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
