Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Follow up with site supervisors and teams regarding project/installation status.
- Track deliveries and update office MIS or project sheets.
- Communicate internally and externally to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
- Assist management in daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in office administration or coordination.
- Good typing and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency mandatory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in following up tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
