Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, analyzing web analytics, and executing online marketing campaigns. The specialist will also work on improving communication efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with strong SEO expertise and basic coding skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring our website is up to date with engaging and relevant content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
  • Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings (on-page and off-page SEO).
  • Use basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS platforms) to update and maintain the company website.
  • Analyze performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop creative marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skill

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong SEO knowledge.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS platforms like WordPress).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
