Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new mutual fund offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.Portfolio Monitoring & Rebalancing: Regularly review and analyze client portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and recommending rebalancing strategies when necessary. Team Training & Mentorship: Train, guide, and mentor a team of wealth advisors to enhance their expertise in mutual fund products, financial planning strategies, and client relationship management.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all investment recommendations adhere to regulatory guidelines and best practices, mitigating risks while optimizing returns for clients. Experience & Skills Required:2-5 years of experience in wealth advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial planning. Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and investment strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Excel, and CRM platforms. Certifications such as NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are preferred.
