Job Description – Social Media Intern

Company: ARK Infosoft

Location: Sindhu Bhavan Marg, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380054

Experience: 0–6 Months (Internship / Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and graphics.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to support strategy improvements.
  • Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
  • Assist in photo/video shoots and help with editing for social content.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior internship or freelance experience in social media or digital marketing (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
