Operations Support Lead

The Operations Support leads plays a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between service centres and field drivers. The person will support timely vehicle pickup and drop-off services.
Work Location - Near Jasola Apollo, Mohan Cooperative Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with drivers for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
- Responsible to Hire, Onboard & Train drivers
- Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
- Manage entire backend operations via our service portal and CRM
- Communicate effectively with service centers/ partners , customers, and drivers professionally
- Monitor job progress, real time tracking, , route updates, and timely task completion
- Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
- Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹22,000.00 per month
