We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Alliance Cloud Solutions Engineer to support our strategic cloud partnerships and drive joint solutions with Gigamon and technology partners. In this role, you will collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams as well as external partner architects to design and deliver innovative, scalable cloud solutions that align with joint go-to-market strategies. This is a key technical role focused on enabling joint success through technical integration, solution validation, and go-to-market readiness. Key Responsibilities Partner Enablement & Support

    • Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic ecosystem partners across Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR segments (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, AWS, Azure, etc.)
    • Support partner integration, validation, and documentation of joint offerings
    • Provide technical expertise during partner onboarding and enablement activities

Solution Development & Delivery

    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to build integration patterns
    • Create deployment guides and proof-of-concept environments
    • Support co-selling initiatives by delivering technical presentations and demos to partner and customer audiences

Technical Advocacy

    • Represent the company in partner-led technical workshops, webinars, and industry events
    • Provide feedback to internal engineering and product teams based on market and partner requirements

Operational Support

    • Monitor and troubleshoot joint solutions in collaboration with partner support teams
    • Ensure joint solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
    • 3-5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or solutions engineering roles
    • Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Strong experience with Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR partner solutions
    • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred:

    • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
    • Experience working directly with cloud or technology alliance teams
    • Background in SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and/or hybrid cloud solutions
    • Experience authoring technical collateral (whitepapers, architecture diagrams, partner solution briefs)
