Key Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and develop projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Deliver technical training sessions to students and guide them in project development.
  • Assist in curriculum development and prepare training materials for design-related modules.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CAD design and project development.
  • Support students in practical sessions, troubleshooting design issues, and improving their project execution skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Design Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks (Additional CAD software knowledge is a plus).
  • Training & Mentoring:
    Interest in teaching, guiding, and mentoring students with patience and clarity.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong fundamentals in Mechanical/Automobile design principles.
  • Communication Skills:
    Good verbal and written communication to explain technical concepts effectively.
  • Creativity & Innovation:
    Passion for developing new project ideas and design solutions.
  • Adaptability:
    Willingness to learn, grow, and handle both design and training responsibilities.
