Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer skilled in building end-to-end web applications using Java/Python on the backend and React on the frontend. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Python (Spring Boot preferred).

Build responsive, dynamic, and scalable user interfaces with

Design and implement RESTful APIs consumed by frontend components.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern designs and enhance user experience.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both frontend and backend.

Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Ensure application security and compliance with data protection standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements or new tools.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Backend

Strong proficiency in Java/Python (Java 5+).

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.

Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.

Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle).

Understanding of microservices architecture (preferred).

Frontend

Strong knowledge of (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices.

Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).

Ability to write modular, reusable, and maintainable UI components.

General

Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Knowledge of testing frameworks backend (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend (Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with REST API security best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
