Position : Sr Executive LegalLocation: GurugramExperience: 2 yearsMode: Work from office Education Qualification Must have : Company Secretary qualifiedB.A LLB/ LLB (Bachelors in Law) We are looking for a Sr. Executive, CS & Legal to join the legal team of IGT Solutions (IT/ITES business).

This position requires the candidate to work on all corporate legal affairs of the company, day-to-day legal matters, and other issues arising in business. Be an effective member of the organisation and facilitate business, strategize and bring innovation in the legal functioning and development, successfully improvising from time to time. The successful candidate has to proficient in drafting all corporate secretarial documents.

If the candidate possesses excellent drafting and negotiating capabilities, then it is an added advantage. Should be able to draft documents and business documents such as vendor/ customer contracts, other letters and review them. Must be proficient with the legal concepts such as Indemnity/ Limitation of Liability provisions etc., applicable to IT/ITes space;PRINCIPLE ACCOUNT ABILITIES/ PERFORMANCE AREAS:Responsibilities:Must have 2 years Drafting all corporate secretarial documents.

Excellent Contract Drafting and Negotiation Skills;Legal drafting of letters/ legal documentation;Legal Responses and Legal Advisory to other departments of the company;Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action;Support and enable decision making of the company based on ethics and integrity;Create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders;Draft agreements, negotiate contracts and minimize risks and maximize legal rights and contractual entitlements and benefits for the company;Meet legal objectives; and be available during critical times of the business;Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and other functional areas of the business;Keep abreast of legislative changes and trends in corporate legal industry including those that affect the business of the Company.
