We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi to join our team at Hyphen Grand Hotel in Haridwar. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Possess strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are necessary.
