About the Role – Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Analyst
to support our data operations, reporting, and business intelligence functions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in
SQL and Excel
, and a keen interest in working with data to drive insights in a fast-growing investment-tech environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, operations, and finance—to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and support decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data using
    SQL
    and other internal tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using any
    Business Intelligence (BI) tool
    (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Maintain data quality by performing routine checks, validations, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams to provide analytical support.
  • Track key business metrics and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical deep-dives.
  • Document datasets, reporting processes, and data definitions for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or any quantitative field.
  • SQL proficiency is mandatory
    .
  • Strong Excel skills
    (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, basic automation).
  • Experience with any
    BI tool
    (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.).
  • Good understanding of basic data analysis concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
