About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Consultant with a strong background in HRMS, SCM, and Technical (Apex) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS modules and developing applications using Oracle APEX. This is a key role that involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, particularly HRMS and SCM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy applications using Oracle APEX.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct user training and prepare relevant documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including :

  • HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
  • SCM (Supply Chain Management)
  • Technical modules
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle database structures, PL/SQL, and APIs.
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement complex ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

  • Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
  • Previous experience working in large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
