Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain proper records of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support statutory audits and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and variances to ensure cost control and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a corporate or firm environment.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
