Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide and support nurses in securing jobs in the UK healthcare sector
  • Provide training and mentoring on NHS recruitment processes
  • Assist candidates in applying for NHS roles through the TRAC recruitment portal
  • Help candidates with job search strategies, applications, and documentation
  • Conduct interview preparation sessions for NHS and UK healthcare employers
  • Educate candidates about UK healthcare standards, NHS structure, and work culture
  • Review and improve CVs and supporting statements as per UK/NHS requirements
  • Coordinate with the VisaLiv recruitment team to track candidate progress and placements

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Nursing Tutor / Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system and NHS
  • Hands-on experience with NHS recruitment via the TRAC portal
  • Good understanding of UK nursing job requirements and employer expectations
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching nurses for UK roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to guide international candidates step-by-step through the UK job process
  • Prior experience in international nursing recruitment will be an added advantage
