Job Description

Position: Senior Tech Support Associate

vacancies: 30

Job Description: Taking inbound calls with computer issue from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Candidates Profile:

Fixed Salary on 1st of every month in Salary account + High Incentives

Hike of 15% -20% on last drawn salary
Loyalty Bonus of Rs.5000 every year

Referral Bonus of Rs.2000 per candidate.

No extension of shift timings

High prospect of growth

Salary Increment after 9 months.

Shift timing – Night Shift (8:30pm to 6:30am)

Working Days: 6 days(Rotational Off

FRESHERS AND DOMESTIC BPO EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE NOT APPLICABLE

Walk-in from Monday to Saturday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm
