The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI tools and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
- Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within BI solutions.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support for users of BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BI domain.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
- Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Tools Required:
- SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

- Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
