Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Manage the retail section of the clinic, ensuring attractive and effective visual merchandising.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular audits, track expiry dates, and ensure proper storage and display of products.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of pet food, grooming products, toys, accessories, and wellness products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute in-clinic promotions and campaigns to boost product visibility and conversions.
Customer Engagement & Experience
- Personally onboard pet parents, educate them about available products & services.
- Ensure each customer enjoys a seamless, delightful experience at every visit.
- Address and resolve in-clinic concerns promptly.
Feedback, NPS & Reviews
- Actively collect pet parent feedback, conduct NPS surveys, and drive Google reviews.
- Analyze feedback to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
App & Digital Onboarding
- Promote the Vetic App, assist pet parents with sign-ups, and educate them on app features such as bookings, vaccination reminders, and loyalty benefits.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Report to the Area Manager with updates on sales performance, inventory, and customer experience metrics.
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment on customer service standards.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and grooming teams to deliver a holistic experience.
