Job Description – Social Media Intern (Female)

Bridgestone Technologies is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Intern (Female) to join our marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, content creation, and digital engagement. You'll get the chance to manage real brand accounts, build creative campaigns, and enhance your professional experience in the digital marketing space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
  • Create and post visual and written content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and stay updated with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth using analytics tools.
  • Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand engagement activities.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Support the marketing team in promotional events and online brand campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidate (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
