Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications:
  Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  Work closely with managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Code Reviews:
  Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Database Management:
  Write complex SQL queries, and manage database performance using Oracle Database.
• Test and Debug Applications:
  Perform manual tests for the robustness and reliability of the applications.
• Client Communication:
  Regularly interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

• Experience:
  6-7 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL databases, especially Oracle database and Sqldeveloper tool.
• Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
