Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant - Recent Qualified Fresher, based in Bhopal. The selected candidate will manage financial records, prepare accounting reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and tax laws. Responsibilities include financial auditing, budget preparation, cost analysis, managing company accounts, and assisting with financial planning and forecasting. The role also involves supporting internal and external audits and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation
  • Proficiency in Auditing, Budgeting, and Financial Planning
  • Good grasp of advanced Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field; CA qualification required
  • Familiarity with the FMCG or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and manage tasks effectively
