As part of our expansion into the Smart TV ecosystem, we are offering an exciting internship opportunity for students and young professionals to work on next-generation TV applications for Samsung (Tizen OS) and LG (webOS) platforms.

Role Overview

As a TV Apps Development Intern, you will collaborate with our engineering team to design, develop, and test applications for Smart TVs. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in OTT, media streaming, and large-screen interactive app development using cutting-edge frameworks and real-world devices.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply Samsung Tizen and LG webOS app development frameworks.
  • Assist in building custom Smart TV applications (streaming, interactive content, utilities).
  • Develop clean, efficient code using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and platform-specific SDKs.
  • Debug, test, and optimize apps for performance and compatibility across devices.
  • Integrate APIs and work with designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to documentation and technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Familiarity with or Vanilla JS frameworks (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Hands-on experience with Tizen Studio or webOS SDK.
  • Knowledge of or backend integration.
  • Awareness of UI/UX design principles for large-screen applications.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
