Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sheetmetal Design Engineer, located in Gurugram. The role involves designing and developing sheet metal components and assemblies for manufacturing. Responsibilities include creating detailed CAD models, working on product design, ensuring mechanical and structural integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, to ensure product feasibility and quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering concepts
- Hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and techniques
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Previous experience in sheet metal design and production is a plus
