We are looking for a plant expert who can seamlessly support our mission to empower farmers through AI-driven crop diagnostics. This role involves diagnosing plant health issues, recommending treatments, and advising how our product affects crops. The ideal candidate will have strong agronomy knowledge, practical field experience, and a collaborative mindset to work with both tech and farmer support teams. We've built a smart mobile app that works like a crop doctor for farmers. It uses AI and weather data to predict plant problems before they happen—like pests or diseases—so farmers can protect their crops early.

Skills Required

● Deep understanding of plant health, diseases, and pests

● Experience in crop monitoring and field diagnostics

● Ability to recommend organic and chemical treatments

● Familiarity with mobile apps and digital agriculture tools

● Strong documentation and communication skills

● No sales targets

Roles & Responsibilities

● Diagnose plant health issues based on field data and images

● Recommend treatments and preventive measures

● Advise how our product affects different crops

● Validate AI predictions and provide feedback to the tech team

● Coordinate with agronomists, developers, and farmer support teams

● Support farmer training and field trials
