Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bobarista, located in Punjab, India. As a Bobarista at GOT TEA, you will prepare and serve a wide range of bubble tea beverages with precision and care. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, customizing drinks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, managing stock, and providing excellent customer service to create a positive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic experience in food and beverage preparation
• Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently and work under pressure
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and operate equipment safely
