We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager-Chennai to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing restaurant staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service flow
• Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house and support staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships
• Train and develop team members to meet service expectations
• Monitor expenses and work toward achieving revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety and local health regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury restaurant operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage
