We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team at D Dalal & Associates LLP, Mumbai. The role offers exposure across diverse professional areas including Audit & Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and Financial Advisory. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling assignments under the guidance of senior team members and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and lead in statutory, tax, and internal audits of clients across various industries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support in tax computation, return filing, and tax planning under Income Tax and GST laws.
  • Assist in consultancy, compliance, and representation work for both direct and indirect taxation.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines, documentation standards, and professional ethics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (completed IPCC / Intermediate and articleship).
  • Strong understanding of audit, accounting standards, and taxation laws.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Tally / accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and learning mindset.
